Day 2 test of the head and facial sweating remedies in Head 'n Facial Sweating Be Gone.
Unfortunately the results are still inconclusive. It was hotter than a mo-fo out there on the golf course; in fact I'm sure I maxed out on the sweat production - meaning I could not produce and drip anymore sweat even if I was running a marathon in the Mojave Desert.... It was pretty dead out on the course with the 105 degree heat index (go figure...), so I ran up and down (literally) one of the holes to see if I could possibly sweat anymore. As it turns out I could not.
This is a good find, actually. I now have a definitive "top end" of my personal sweat production with which to gauge future tests.
I maintained the same "lifestyle" & "diet" modifications since the last test 2 days ago (to see the details visit the Day 1 Test Sweating Post).
However, the conditions on Day 2 of the test were quite a bit worse for regulating sweating:
- Temperature: 96 degrees (up 6 degrees)
- Humidity: 45%
- Heat Index: 106 degrees (up 10 degrees)
- Activity: Golfing (Walking, not riding.)
- Duration: 2.25 hours (11:45am to 2 pm)
- Stress Level: Slightly Elevated (just came from the bank - you know how much fun that can be...)
- Clothing: light colored polyester shorts/(NO "dry-fit") shirt
